That's North
Broadway in Salem, New Hampshire,
between Breckenridge Plaza and Walmart.
Salem's famous cow bridge stood over Route 28 at today's north
entrance to the "28 Bar & Grill Diner" on North
Broadway.
The bridge was built in 1931 to allow Charles Tenney's cows to
reach
their pasture on the other side of the highway.
(Large file, be patient... it's worth the wait!)

Old Rockingham Road was the original
Route 28 until 1931 when the
highway was moved to its current location to avoid two railroad
crossings.
The bridge was removed about 1960.
